About Me

I am a passionate research scholar dedicated to exploring the transformative fields of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at IIT Guwahati. As a Ph.D. candidate, my core objective is to leverage soft-computing tools to address and resolve complex real-life problems.
 
My research is primarily focused on cutting-edge applications within Next Generation Wireless Technologies, Edge Computing, Internet of Things (IoT),  Reinforcement Learning, and Operations Research.
I possess a robust suite of technical skills vital for cutting-edge DS and AI research. I am highly proficient in many programming languages, scientific computing environments, database management systems, cloud computing platforms, and IoT development environments.
 
My contributions to publications highlight my expertise in applying Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Surrogate Modelling in diverse engineering contexts. Additionally, I have supervised numerous theses that have extensively employed Artificial Neural Networks, Surrogate Modelling, Multi-objective Genetic Algorithms, Reliability Analysis, and Topology Optimization.
 
Beyond technical proficiencies, I am equipped with strong transferable skills such as problem-solving, independent research, analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and a commitment to lifelong learning, all of which are crucial for navigating the dynamic landscape of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. My background as a computer programmer and structural engineer further enriches my interdisciplinary approach to complex challenges.
